    Service was overdue by 2 months as no courtesy car could be reserved for me. I think it's wrong that the dealership rely on sensors to tell them when anything needs looking at on the car this was my 1st service that by there records shouldn't of needed until July 2023 which is 2 yrs after purchasing the car. Felt like I wasn't listened to with regards to issues with the car and excuses seemed to be given instead of facts. Couldn't book car in on time I was advised by skoda to call RAC as I had sensor errors coming up and they would recover it as its a mobility vehicle and it would be looked at there and then and I would be able to get a courtesy car through the insurance company. Totally disheartened and lost all faith in skodas and dealership itself.

Unfortunately, we experienced an influx of bookings at a time when we were recruiting technicians to join our dealership and we can only apologise for the delay and impact this has had on bookings. For all Motability vehicles, there is an agreement with RAC that they will attend to any customers who have a drivability fault present, from there they can supply a relief vehicle through Motability to keep customers on the road. Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused during your experience.

    There was an issue with the key fob/central locking when the car came back from its service and the car had to go back the next day. Unfortunate but it was sorted!
