    Took my wife's motability car in for a yearly service, this was booked in for 9-11am so I decided to wait. Was eventually handed back the keys at 1.30pm. I enquired what was happening at 12.15 and was told they're just cleaning it and it'll be soon but was then told there's an issue with motability saying that they didn't request a full service and if this is the case then whatever has been done needs to be taken out. I wasn't happy with the length of time the servicing took (more than double the time that it was booked in). Also the lack of clarity in the full service decision. I had to spend much longer than necessary away from my wife (who is severely disabled) after being told it would be a "couple of hours".

    Great customer service from Richard Godwin. He kept me informed throughout the process once he knew what was happening. He gave a good comprehensive handover of the new car with what I need to know. Always pleasant. Can't fault him.
