    Paul was very helpful and friendly. Made sure that the car was what we needed. Nothing was to much trouble. Test drive was with no pressure at all. The whole order was very simple and everything was explained every step of the way.

    We were made to feel at ease immediately - all of our questions were answered. My son is autistic and finds it a real difficult to meet people but Rich was amazing, welcoming, calming and above all friendly.
