    We had Trevor Johnson at BMW swindon, he payed attention to our needs and he gave us options, he was brilliant with the child we had with us and offered us a view of the colour, and types we could have within the scheme. He offered us refreshments and gave us paperwork to go away and discuss, he was very helpful through the process of ordering and answering any further questions we had.

    We were originally booked with the Bristol branch but their service was so bad that we decided to drive further to Swindon and so glad we did as David was excellent taking us through our first aMotability order

    Good experience. My advisor was lovely. She helped me with getting my wheelchair into the courtesy car. She explained everything and went through some controls in the car as I wasn't sure on a couple. She was curtious and friendly.
