    Leon made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Kept me up to date with the progress of the vehicle. On collection made sure I knew all there was to know about the Astra and set things up ready to go!

    He kept me up to date on every part of the process and was really helpful in making time and date of collection easy for me. All of the staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable.

    The platinum garage is very accessible and they have a disabled toilet which was freely acceptable.

    On collection Ian made sure I was very comfortable with the admin side as well as physically in the car.

    I felt I could make a concise and confident decision with his help.

    I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Platinum in Trowbridge.
