It is our first time using the scheme and whilst we were initially somewhat apprehensive the way we were taken care of and all our questions were answered (and my amazing wifey and I had plenty of them) was highly professional and with empathy for our situation.
They helped us look into everything thoroughly so we could make sure we were getting a car to meet our needs (plus a few wants 😀) so that we could be confident we were selecting the right vehicle.
At no point was there any sales pressure or hurrying us along, just great good old fashioned customer service.
Based on our experience so far if you have any Motability needs I would highly recommend the team at Platinum Nissan.
