    Appointment was 11am, my husband was kept waiting until 13:15 for car to be completed with no offer if a drink which is unacceptable. No car wash for a motability customer yet my husband saw every other vehicle returned cleaned. All in all the customer experience was very poor indeed for our second service and it was a total let down for dealership and MG. Clearly our custom is not appreciated therefore we will be looking for a different dealership when we order our new car in December 2023.
