    I found the process easy to follow after having it explained by Emily & initially Ollie.
    It worked smoothly, even though my wife (with the Motability need) was to unwell to attend and everything was demonstrated and explained well.

    Very good experience, however was told it would take 1 1/2 hours and ended up taking 3, in which nobody came over to let me know it would take longer. Not a huge issue as everyone was friendly and had no other issues
