    Had to wait alday for my car even though I took it in for 9 30am. Never have I waited that long for a service and oil change. The car was supposed to be washed but the window screen was all marked where the wipers were used. And the back window screen was the same. Inside the doors were all dirty still. Not very happy at all !!

    Not advised what to take to collect courtesy car so had to do 2 journeys, not all problems were solved told I need to buy an SD card for the sat nav to work. Told at 4.15pm I needed a new tyre due to a puncture, due to being told so late we couldn’t get that fixed resulting in another trip. Came home it said we needed a new battery in the key fob if told on the phone we could have taken the spare key so yet another visit
