    We needed a car very soon as I can't Drive our car for long. We also have extra family disabilities and considerations. The dealer took all this into account, found a car that was a cancelled order that met my needs and sorted it within a week and a half.

    The experience was dreadful from start to finish and fell well below my expectations. The car was dirty on collection, mud on the wheel arches and dusty on the inside. The car was not ready as agreed at 0930hrs. The Manager of the dealership promised a full tank of fuel for all the inconvenience caused throughout the order but the sales advisor knew nothing of this. The whole experience left me feeling anxious and disappointed. They have no understanding of a disability.
