    Decided to just visit Kia unannounced and was treated like Royalty by a sales guy called Josh. Couldn’t do enough for me. Even test drove a Proceed. Loved it so ordered it.
    Informed of a rough turnaround time of March. But what an absolute legend he was. He explained everything and made it clear. I find things like that difficult (Autism) but he made my day.
    Just wanted to share this story because I believe when you have a good experience you should pass it on as it may help others.

    Well done Howard’s KIA in Weston super mare. Looking forward to a new car after four & a half years.

    I wasn't happy that I wasn't given a courtesy car or given the information that I needed to book a car at the time of booking my car in for the service and I had to wait for two hours over the time of the time I was told to wait for my service

    Always dread walking into most car showrooms, sales people jump straight on you, at Howards Kia this was not the case, felt completely at ease with your sales lady Emily Bell, very helpful, no pressure, no rush, very down to earth girl that made me feel like she's been a friend of mine for many years, nothing was too much trouble and all questions answered, would definitely recommend this friendly face to anyone else who is looking to purchase a Kia.

    Yes Iv been well impressed with the dealership when I got my new car last year . I took for its first service great friendly customer service. Also liked the video they sent saying what they have done to the car is well . Also well I was their I had look around to see what Kia other cars they do for 2 years time. When I can exchange for something else thinking bigger boot space for mobility scooter .
