    Having done the usual trawl of cars and dealerships, recieved tons of information, been baffled by so much tech and jargon, my head was spinning for my next motability vehicle. Step in the motability chaps at Chesil beach. They were hands down the most patient, helpful, clear with the info I needed to know and answered my questions in a way I could understand and make the best decision for my needs. One of the things that puts me off a dealer is feeling pressured, pushibg me to make a decision I'm not quite ready to make. I couldn't have felt more the opposite here, never felt pushed, gave me all the time with the vehicle and my thoughts I needed and I couldn't be more appreciative of that. They helped me work out what hybrid type gave me best value for my driving, importantly how much it would cost me over time. I came away feeling 100% relaxed that i picked not only the right vehicle but just as importantly a dealer I can trust and have 100% faith in they are giving me good and honest advice. They very clearly care about their customers and have a level of customer service others could learn from! Amazing in every way I could ask.
