    Absolutely amazing customer service! I went to another dealership prior who made me feel like I wasn’t important as a Motability customer, Nissan was actually very low on my list of car choices but due to the fabulous customer service and care I received I ended up placing an order with them. We had a few hurdles and Nick was patient and again didn’t make me feel like a nuisance. Thankyou guys at FJ Chalke!

    I can not even begin to say how helpful Daniel was. He went above and beyond whilst we were there, nothing was too much. Myself and my husband walked into Nissan, he greeted us nearly instantly, showed us around the Nissan Qashqai and offered us a test drive the same day. He went through every function in the car for us and was so helpful. When we came back, he made my husband a latte, then proceeded to explain that they have 3 Qashqai’s for immediate delivery and went through the order process step by step with me. Our order was accepted straight away and Daniel took us to see the car that would be ours out on the forecourt. He made the whole process seamless and we would 100% return again to reorder. We can not wait to pick up our new Qashqai and to visit the lovely staff at Nissan when our car needs servicing etc.
