    Delay in collecting the car at the agreed time, my partner was due back at work but continued to wait. Eventually it was communicated it was because of waiting for it to be washed and that could be skipped! So communication earlier could have been better.

I went to another dealership prior who made me feel like I wasn’t important as a Motability customer, Nissan was actually very low on my list of car choices but due to the fabulous customer service and care I received I ended up placing an order with them. We had a few hurdles and Nick was patient and again didn’t make me feel like a nuisance. Thankyou guys at FJ Chalke!
