    Excellent service from David Whitehall at vertu ,Yeovil branch,after a hiccup at the beginning David did his upmost best to fix it and to arrange the handover of my new bmw x2 which is perfect.

    The staff are polite and courteous and offered to return my car to my place of work once the work was completed but I had made it clear that I needed it back before 3pm and the car was returned at bang on 3 which left me very tight for time. Also there was only 5 miles of fuel left in the vehicle when the nearest petrol station from my workplace was about 10 miles away.
