We look forward to assisting you again in the future! - Rating 1.0Aug 27, 2025Diabolical, certain staff members rude, didn't want to help end of the day the vehicle was with yourselves at 9am in the morning and no-one bothered to inform me until 4.30 pm that same afternoon that the vehicle had two defective tyres and also said it had been driven with flat tyres one I would never drive with a flat tyre and I would know it was flat and two I had no warning lights come on on my dash which with a top of the range car I would have expected that so all in all my bank holiday weekend was totally ruined as we didn't have a car neither was I offered one only told they would contact notability to get them to sort it out they didn't ring me untill Saturday lunch time which wasn't much good as I was on another call and asked if I could call back which they sent a number that wasn't any good so all in all our bank holiday was totally ruined so yes I think the service was totally diabolical if I could give no stars I would doesn't encourage us to come back for our next carResponse from Perrys Vauxhall BarnsleyAug 29, 2025Hi Kenneth,
