    The salesman was not familiar with the procedures and as a result caused unnecessary delay in ordering the car

    It wasn’t great at all. They don’t treat you well when you’re a motability customer. I’ve had no end of problems with them from day 1 and last year went to the slough branch for my service. I wish I had again.
    They don’t see motability customers as a priority.

    Melvin collected and returned the vehicle and was very polite—much appreciated.

    However, the Kia-branded document case that came with the car has gone missing. When the car was returned, the documents were left loose in the glovebox and the service book was placed on the seat.

    I called Kia Services immediately to report this and was told someone would get back to me. I followed up again the next day and was given the same response, but no one has contacted me since.

    It’s disappointing to have had no explanation or follow-up. I’d like a replacement document case sent to me as soon as possible.
