I found the attitude of Steve wasn't exactly welcoming. I had phoned to say il be over 4pm after collecting my granddaughter, but had remembered she doesnt finish until 4.15pm, so I phoned and left 3 voicemail for Steve, to say I won't be there until 5pm, and could he phone me to let me know if that is ok, because it's a 30 minute drive away from me. On the 5th call he finally answered and said you didnt need replying to because you said you would be here 5pm, I said ive left a few voicemail asking if you could confirm, I found him rude because he then said well im doing motability training and bye!! I arrived to a right miserable motability guy Steve, I had my granddaughter with me, was done within 20 minutes, didn't bother showing me around the car or anything about the car. Ive had a ford puma before but the new ones have more to them. I had to make our own drinks which I didn't mind, but he didnt say there is a drinks machine! It was very rushed. Its just good that I like Ford cars and that I had a Puma in the past. The car in question was in the showroom, so lots of people will have been in and out of it, as its scuffed on the inside side when you open the door. I want the car, shame about how abrupt Steve was with me. Like I was an inconvenience. Like I said after the calls/voicemail, I really didnt want to go over. The TrustFord Cribbs Causeway Team - Rating 5.0Jul 4, 2025TrustFord Cribbs Causeway, and in particular the Motability salesman Steve Brown have been brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough. On seeing the new July Motability prices I decided to look at changing my existing motability car for a new Ford Kuga Active, as the advanced payment had reduced a further £500. My existing Ford Focus lease had been extended to 5 years as the advanced payments on most cars has got so high.
At 9:10 am I phoned TrustFord to see if I could get an appointment in the next week. I was put through to Steve Brown who had one appointment slot free at 12 pm the same day. When I arrived we thoroughly discussed the Kuga, the differences between that and the Focus, and the facilities on the car that I definitely wanted. We then went out for a test drive, and ordered the car on my return. We has found on in Belgium which apparently I should be able to collect sometime in August.
