    I recently got a Motability car from Shelbourne Motors Nissan in Portadown, and I have to say the experience was absolutely first class especially thanks to Glen Doran.
    The car was for my son Kris, who has specific needs, and Glen couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding throughout the whole process. From the very first meeting, he took the time to listen, understand what was important for Kris and make sure we found the right car that suited his needs perfectly.
    Glen explained everything clearly, made the paperwork simple, and genuinely cared about getting things right for us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable.
    On collection day, Glen went through everything with us, making sure I was fully confident with the car and how it would work best for Kris. His follow-up after the sale was also much appreciated it showed he really does care about the people he helps.
