- Rating 5.0Sep 10, 2025I recently visited Parks Nissan East Kilbride to purchase a car and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Ryan. From the moment we entered the showroom, Ryan greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. We were interested in the Nissan Ariya, and he patiently walked us through all the features, specs, pricing models, and available colours.
We arranged a test drive for Saturday, and even though we arrived slightly late, Ryan was completely understanding and still took us out. He made sure we each got the full experience of the test drive, explaining how everyone should get a proper feel for the car. As a learner driver, I couldn’t test drive myself, but Ryan made it clear that if I had a full license, I would have had the same opportunity—he genuinely wants everyone to experience the car fully before deciding.
After the test drive, Ryan went through the available models and lead times for those not in stock. We weren’t ready to make a decision immediately, and he was completely fine with that—there was no pressure or coercion at any point. Eventually, we chose a model they had in stock, and Ryan made the buying process seamless, handling all the paperwork efficiently and making sure we understood everything.
When we collected the car, he took the time to show us key features, including linking it to Nissan Connected Services, ensuring we were happy before we drove away.
Ryan is friendly, kind, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with.
