    My car was picked up and dropped off with no concerns at all. I was sent a video of the service and was really happy with that . I was rang up and advised how long my car would be , it was brought back in a suitable tone manner . I would recommend using Vauxhall

    Not very good customer service had appointment for 8.00 am MOT Colleague told me it will be between 1 to half hour still waiting at 11am went up to service desk Colleague said MOT failed on window wipes asked Colleague why I wasn’t informed earlier about it she said it won’t be long.Communication with Colleague was awful.waited another 20 minutes for my car.First time I had experienced bad service at Lookers after all years I’ve been with Lookers.
