    Phenomenal. Rebecca kept us up to date on delivery times, was more than happy to help when we had questions. Made sure to show us how to car worked and help us get everything set up. Handing over the vehicle was special as they had it under a cover with a name sign on. It was a great experience.

    Brett Jamie and Jonathan were great. VWUK took days to code the car, which delayed handover by about a week, but Vertu the dealer was great.

    We chose the vehicle in December and just received it, customer service was non existent although Stefan who saw myself was lovely and very helpful
