    It would have been five stars however the disabled car parking space was far from accessible. There was two cars parked either side but across the lines so reduced the size of the space to a normal car parking space which made getting my son out of the car difficult and manoeuvring his disability buggy also quite tricky

    Tara Russell is a great motability dealer. She was very knowledgeable on the avaliable stock, what would work in my situation and she was fast as the flash!! She was a great communicator who kept me updated all the way through the process.

    Excellent service from the first time I visited the showroom to when I signed an order form.
    Once I had narrowed down my choice of a new car I visited the Skoda showroom where all the staff were helpful and happy to answer any questions regarding the Kodiaq. Two solo test drives were undertaken and Tara Russell was most helpful in arranging these and finally sorting out the paperwork.
    Following the completion of my order I noticed that one of Marshalls sister dealerships was expecting delivery of the vehicle I was after (albeit with a convenience package) within 4 weeks instead of 21 weeks and Tara subsequently arranged to reserve this vehicle as I was happy to pay the extra down payment.
    I have no hesitation in recommending Marshalls Skoda in Milton Keynes which can not be said about their VW dealership next door who from the very start made me feel uncomfortable and dare I say it feeling discriminated against due to my disability avoid them like the plague.
