    The service team were great. They offered me a taxi. After trying to get thru for 20 mins I decided to get the bus.

    On arrival couldn't get a disabled car park space, vans in spaces. I ended up with a tight space, which was hard to get out of the car causing me more discomfort. Spoke to receptionist who said sorry it is due to building work. If they have too many vehicles then they should arrange for them to be parked off site.

    When car was serviced it was parked in a tight space as again the disabled being used by vans. The girl kindly moved the car out for me.
