    Only 3 stars because they wouldn’t pick the van up as they usually do. They apparently don’t do this anymore.

    No courtesy car even though booked months in advance and had to wait for car being serviced as I couldn’t get home. I’m still waiting for service documents

    The vehicle was booked in for an MOT and an ‘urgent recall’ relating to an issue with the fuel line. Booking the vehicle in, arranging a loan vehicle, and dropping the vehicle off - no issues. The service receptionist (Sue) was kind and attentive.
    I had asked to be notified of the completion of work via text (I am deaf) - the dealership telephoned… Fortunately my wife was on hand to take the call.
    Collecting the vehicle no issues. Again, the service receptionist was most helpful.
    The only issue is there is no record of the recall work having been completed. The dealership seemed to think the work had been carried out – but no record of it was produced. The .gov website still shows the recall as ‘outstanding’ as does the MOT certificate issued at the time.

    They no longer do a collect & deliver service for your car. I can’t drive curtesy cars, so would struggle if I didn’t have my husband to take the car in.
