    Poor customer service, mechanic was very rude when phones. When collecting the van I was thrusted the key and told it’s in the carpark without being told what had been done or given any paperwork.
    Engine light, injector and warning lights still on dash.
    There is always an issue every-time the van has had to go in for work there I haven't once been impressed with their service.
    I will be glad to not have to use Renault Lookers
    Stockport again!

    I had to wait 4 weeks for my appointment. They seem very nice on the phone. They could not offer a pickup and drop off as I've always been used to. When I lived down south they did not offer a courtesy car. They also didn't clean or Hoover my car. All I got told was we do not do this at this dealership

    Very efficient had my car picked up and delivered back. Only complaint it was not cleaned other companies who I have dealt with always cleaned my car before returning.
