- Rating 1.0Oct 19, 2023Friendly but not at all efficient and almost impossible to get hold of on the phone - an hour job took eight days - was rang and told car ready got there no service or oil change had been done - rang and spoke to sales ion Saturday was told motability refused the service - managed to get them on Thursday morning finally to be told they need to apply for authorisation for service and oil change (both items messaging on screen) - finally got car back after two and a bit weeks
