    Ceri was fantastic for the handover of our new car. That's is why we are giving 3 stars. However Nav who was the sale agent has been awful. No communication since we ordered the car back in August. We didn't even get a call to say the car was in, just a random video showing us the car was in and we only knew about it when we had our car in for an MOT. Don't know why we were not called. Nav also didn't have time for us yesterday was with other customers and only came to say hi and waved.. we were not even offered tea and coffee when we picked up the car. Ceri was outstanding but the rest of the customer service, is very poor. It's also worth noting that Anne the usual receptionist we see is great and would have been offering us drinks but sadly she wasn't it. We paid a big downpayment for the car and don't feel valued or appreciated at all. Overall not a good experience.
