    Aled was really very helpful at the handover of our new car. He was willing to answer any questions that we had and explained many of the features and improvements that we were not used to with our other car. He took us out to the car and explained the controls, paired our telephones with the car and was generally very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and all carried out with a good sense of humour. A great service.
