- Rating 3.0May 7, 2022Excellent, 5**** front of house experience, I.e receptionist, arrangement of service and courtesy car etc but totally horrified after the service was completed that you allowed this vehicle to be driven home by my husband with a defective tyre. Video showed a screw embedded in the tyre and was told it wasn't loosing any pressure and take it to kwikfit for a replacement. Sorry this is so so NOT acceptable. How could your fitters judge it's safety and when that tyre could have failed on its journey back home? Very disappointed. What would have happened if the tyre had blown and caused a serious accident. Technically it wouldn't have passed an MOT test and most certainly the insurance company would not have consideted any claim, and quite rightly so.
