    The new manager of Kia narbeth (Jason) goes above and beyond. I came to collect my new car after having a seizure and he was so attentive, told me I had to sit, relax and it was his job to do the stressing/worrying if there was anything to be stressed/worried about. He made myself and my husband a coffee which is always nice. He didn't rush me and let me take my time even though we was late to the appointment and he had other appointments after us. After all the paperwork was done he took us to our new car and sat in the back and went though everything from starting the car to all the gadgets it had inside he even Bluetooth paired my phone to the car because honestly I didn't have a clue lol

    James was brilliant from start to finish , he went above and beyond and he's such a lovely guy to deal with, made the whole process easy and nothing was to much trouble . Its comforting to deal with such a well person who knows exactly what there talking about and has a happy demeanour.
