I came to collect my new car after having a seizure and he was so attentive, told me I had to sit, relax and it was his job to do the stressing/worrying if there was anything to be stressed/worried about. He made myself and my husband a coffee which is always nice. He didn't rush me and let me take my time even though we was late to the appointment and he had other appointments after us.
