    I recently got a car from Volkswagen Newport, and I just have to say how amazing Adam Roberts was throughout the whole experience! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind and welcoming – not just to me, but to my mum as well. He spoke to us with such genuine respect and friendliness, and really made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable.

    Adam even went out of his way to come in early just to make sure everything was sorted perfectly for me – that really stood out and meant a lot. This was not the only time he went above and beyond, he streamlined the whole process and allowed me to get a car much earlier than expected. He was helpful, patient, and truly went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

    Honestly, I only want to deal with Adam now whenever I go there. He made such a great impression and gave us a brilliant experience. Thank you, Adam – you’re a credit to the team and a great salesman!
