    We came to have a look what was available at Nissan as we had a couple of vehicles we were most interested in, no pressure was put onto us at any point which we felt was perfect. We went out for a test drive of the car and loved it, went to the other places and straight back to Nissan it was the car that suited us best. Phil helped us completely with everything as we have never been through this process before and made it so easy to order the car. I would highly recommend Phil and the other staff at the garage.     If I could leave a zero star for my experience yesterday I would have. Dropped my car off for a 9.30 mot with a note to also say I was waiting and to change the fobs in the key batteries. What a shocker there was nothing to say that on the notes so I was told they would ‘try their best’ by this girl who had a no care attitude from the word go. Not once was I informed that o could have a courtesy car or could my car be collected from my home address. When I came back at 3 pm as I was feeling really poorly by now I was told my car hadn’t even been on the ramp and the brakes needed doing. (Why I don’t know as they hadn’t even been done a year ago) so I said why book me on for 9.30 if you’re not going to bother until 3pm and keep me hanging around. When I sat there and waited all staff were chatting and didn’t conversate and on their personal phones. Apart from one who went out of his way to push their car to be done as they’d just ordered a new car. Then they left and he commented about how wierd she was. Disgusting in my opinion. When they handed me the keys back after another hour they then said motability refused to allow them to change the one tyre that had a nail in it and I needed to sort it out which I won’t be doing as I’ll be glad to get rid of this car as between the dent that I’ve tried to get sorted with motability that they haven’t helped me sort either and kwik fit never have my tyres and now this rubbish ongoing service from wessex I’m hoping that the next dealership will be a lot better.
