    In all my dealings with Wessex garages I will never deal with them again!!!! From the Nissan dealership, Hyundai to the Kia dealership. I was going to have a car from Hyundai but the person dealing with me couldn't be bothered to contact me after numerous calls from myself they wouldn't return my call for test drives for the Ioniq or Tucson

    First class as for collection and service, when ever any of my cars went for a service the garage always valeted the car but not this time.
    That's the only downside.

    Everything was nice and smooth, not rushed, answered any questions I asked, made me feel at ease, my only issue was when the M.directors had finished their meeting they decided to come out through the door next to wear the salesman was trying to show me something about my car, they stood right in the way carried on with their conversation and totally ignored the fact the salesman had to wait for them to move out of the way, totally unprofessional.apart from that 100% customer service.
