    There are customer services reps who do the bare minimum.... Then there are people like Jason at Hyundai in Pontypridd. He went above and beyond to make sure the car we selected was right for us, made sure we were kept up-to-date with delivery, made sure that everything we needed was correct and no bother at all. When we picked up the car today he couldn't have done anything more to help us, made sure all the paperwork was right and I was ok with it all, made sure the new car was set up to how I wanted it, he spent a lot of time going through everything, making sure it was just right. Jason is the absolute pinnacle of a fantastic customer service rep. If you want your customers to come back again and again because of the small things that don't cost anything, then Jason is who you want to model your people on. There's the usual customer service personnel, then there's tidy ones, and then in a league of his own is Jason. I can guarantee I'd follow him to another dealer if he left. The perfect attention without it being false, the perfect care without it feeling like I was putting him out, all in all a truely enjoyable experience when I changed my motability car today. Jason is the creme de la creme and a true asset to what is already an amazing company.
