I felt able to liase with them and they introduced me to there service department for the ongoing after care.
The Valator who cleaned the vehicle was also friendly when he introduced him self.
It seemed as though everyone was on the same page.
This is what I was looking for as I need more help now.

After a few visits with minor faults I moved the home dealer away .
Car is currently experiencing faults it was booked in (took 3 week for an appointment) for a diagnostic, they took all day to tell me the diagnostic machine was broken and they had rebooked the appointment for a month later .
They rarely have automatic cars to borrow , usually offer a small car .
