    All the staff are lovely i delt with mark Ricardo and kevin.
    Mark is a patient friendly always smiles, Kevin got me a twix as i mentioned on the phone i liked them ricardo came in on his day off to hand over the car and his didnt rush me .made sure i understood everything.

    Kevin was fantastic in making me feel calm and explained everything slowly so I could understand, it was non pressured and the experience was good for me, as I was very anxious.

    After a phone call on the 20th
    Being new to motability, I have no idea how the scheme works, I was told there was a 4 day rule, but speaking to motability, this is discretionary to the dealer, I asked if I could collect my car earlier than Saturday as I wanted to get comfortable in the car as this car is allowing me to start a new job, and help me be more independent with my physical and mental health, unfortunately mark at the dealership, when on the call with motability and mark at the same time, said the opposite that it was motability, who did say it was not down to them, he seemed non empathetic towards my situation and when asked if he could ask his manager, if I could collect earlier for the above reeson I was told point blank no. I've left the phone call more confused about the scheme and more anxious to drive the car.
