Being neurodiverse himself and the parent of ND young adults, Paul understands the challenges. He was straight-talking about our options, emphasised the need to make a reasonably swift decision but also allowed us the time to consider what was best for us - the perfect approach for an AuDHDer with a PDA profile! Going for a test-drive at the end of the day, just before the NYE break wasn’t a problem and neither was changing our collection time on the day. And when we chose the MAZDA 2 hybrid Paul ensured all the paperwork was fast-tracked and sorted to ensure we not only made the 3rd January deadline but we could collect the car only a week later. Having switched to an automatic car, with so many intuitive features and a much more suitable size vehicle, my daughter has rekindled her love of driving, she feels safer, and she’s determined to get her driving test passed in the coming months. The salesman Dave was very helpful and professional and showed me everything that I needed to know. The car arrived much quicker than I thought it would.
