    Extremely poor customer service, no updates provided when asked, despite being told I would be contacted.
    Brakes found to be 100% worn but no verbal advice given or information communicated personally, just video of VHC which appears to end with the person breaking into laughter and handwritten comment on invoice.
    No further communication when the work to ensure the vehicle can be used safely will be carried out - no advice given regarding continued use of the vehicle while we wait for repairs.
    Customer care is appalling, yet again but now with additional disregard for the safety of me and my family. Peugeot Coventry South should be ashamed.
