    We picked our EV3008 up on Tuesday from Stellantis Coventry, and your advisor there is Carl Monk, from start to finish of us ordering and picking up the car, he was amazing, rang us and updated us often. We picked the car up and he spent a lot of time explaining all about the car as we hadn't had an electric one before.     Excellent Service
    I went to collect my new Motability Car today and found the patience and understanding from Kaz Sohal to be excellent, from ordering the car to collection Kaz made time for us and did not rush us.     Rowan was excellent. Very pleasant and kept me posted as best he could with the information he had. Carl who dealt with handover was very nice and efficient.
    However we did haveassive delays with the car and I felt the manager who I spoke to in Rowan's absence blamed him for the issues. I do in fact feel Rowan furnished us with all the information he could and I don't feel he was at fault. I didn't like the blame game that was played especially given Rowan wasn't there to defend himself.
