- Rating 1.0May 23, 2022I was told on telephone that a courtesy car would be left ith me as ii could have the car collected. That was what had happened before with other dealerships. However after then continuing with an important appointment, i am then rung and told actually they dont do that and i would need to ho other to the dealership to have a courtesy car, (bearing in mind i suffer from panic attacks, as part of my illness, in new situations) therefore having to chase around at last minute to find someone to take me.
The car had only been partially cleaned, and the guy that delivered it back must have been walking in mud before he put his feet in the car.
Said i didn’t need to walk around the car when it came back, unless i really felt i had too.
