    We definitely only had one key to our last car, so now we are being penalised because we didn’t give two keys back, we have always looked lol after the car and had some money refunded, they were a couple of marks on the car in the boot from the Wheelchair, because we never handed the second key in which I said we didn’t have, they have no report of us phoning to say there was only one key, but my daughter that drives it was quite happy with the one key because I don’t drive and her husband would just share the key on the occasion that he took me out in it, so we are very disappointed with the verdict, I would like somebody to get in touch please and explain , was it the scratches or the key that was never handed to us in the first place?

    I phoned then Mobility people and they said to phone, the garage again and I should get some kind of compensation, we were very careful not to get any scratches, but when you’re lifting a wheelchair, it can’t be helped sometimes in the boot, I would like somebody to let us know because like I said before, we are being penalised , my daughter is very upset because she took great care of the car, I hope to hear from somebody soon , , yours sincerely M K MacDonald

He made the whole process of handing over and purchasing the car so smooth and stress-free.
