Ordered my Nissan Ariya and collected it everything was a breeze. It was lovely to have someone with a down to earth attitude and lovely sense of humour. I suffer with anxiety but felt always on ease around Emily. Emily took me out for a test drive & keeping me off the dreaded ring road. - Rating 5.0Mar 3, 2025When I arrived at Brayley Nissan I was met by a lovely gentleman by the name of Alistair Harding. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. We discussed the models I was interested in and went through the pro’s and con’s of each one. He was very knowledgeable and advised me accordingly, helping me choose which model would best suit my needs.
We completed the paperwork and I placed my order. Alistair kept in contact via email, giving me regular updates and any relevant information I needed. Then it came to collection day, and although it had been a couple of month since I was last at the dealership, Alistair recognised me immediately and again was extremely friendly and welcoming. We completed the handover paperwork and he took me through the inner workings of the car to make sure I knew how to navigate everything and was confident and comfortable before I left.
Alistair’s friendly demeanour and exceptional knowledge and customer service left me feeling as if I was in good hands and well looked after. I felt confident in my choice of model and Alistair reassured me that should I need anything in the future, he was only an email or phone call away. He made the entire process stress free and super easy, and because of this, I would definitely recommend Brayley Nissan to all my friends and family. I will also be returning for my next car when my lease expires in 3 years time.
