    Service always excellent but this time no courtesy car was available ( while car serviced) although I had booked it over the phone. Was also told on phone to bring driving licence and £12.50 to cover insurance but told when I got there that that wasn't necessary as a motsbility customer.
    Not a big deal as thankfully didn't have any appointments with hubby (v.limited mobility) just wanted you to be aware
