We have fully trained Motability specialists on hand to ensure that your experience from order to delivery runs smoothly and meets your needs. They can answer any questions you may have around the Motability Scheme and our current offers.
When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.
We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

- Rating 1.0May 27, 2025Terrible service as car was returned with 3 tyres needing to be replaced. 1 of which had a nail towards the edge of the tread and therefore I couldn’t drive it to be replaced. So I had to book quick fit and the rac in order to fix it. This caused extreme anxiety and I was without a vehicle for 2 days. Absolutely appalling. I’m aware that tyres aren’t necessarily a usual part of the service but in the case of a tyre not being safe to drive on, surely it should be rectified?! A week later I received a product recall for the car. It took 3 phone calls (25 minutes and then hung up on, 30 minutes and “we’re closed” and then 45 minutes) to discover it had been checked during the service so no recall needed. Again anxiety, bad customer service and there’s no record of this check on my copy of the service report.
