When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.

We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

    Ridiculous service. Last time I sent my vehicle to Allen Ford Nuneaton, they gave my vehicle back without washing & sorting out the warning light. This is when their service manager Steve called me & offered my full valet next time my vehicle cones in. I booked my vehicle for service a few weeks ago & sent 3 emails to Steve (& his colleague when Steve was on annual leave) to donthe full valet, as promised, & sent picture of broken seat belt latch/lock cover requesting to sort out, but no reply till date & neither they done these 2 jobs although it was mentioned on the job sheet. I am now flying abroad tomorrow morning & return on 23 Dec.

    Kyle was amazing from start to finish. Professional and courteous. Could not do enough for me. He was very patient and made sure all my needs were catered for with the new vehicle. Handover was fun. In a dark room with strobe lighting and made a proper fuss. Can’t recommend him enough !
