When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.
We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

- Rating 4.0Feb 4, 2026The garage ordered the car that I asked them to but we weren't made aware that there had been a recent change to the specification of the Kuga st-line X which has impacted on the suitability of the car for myself.
The original order for the car was from Chambers Ford of Sutton Coldfield but unfortunately they had mis-lead me on the cars specification by telling me that the new car comes with ergonomic AGR approved front seats which is crucial for me due to my severe back pain and the fact that the passenger seat is also ergonomic AGR approved as my wife does a lot of the driving which means I spend a lot of time in the passenger seat. This was not factually correct as this specification had been phased out as standard 6 weeks before I ordered the car. Hence the only cars that would have it was old stock that they were trying to get rid of. This is what led to the cancellation of that car where we had discovered that the car allocated to me had been manufactured 3 months earlier and had been sitting in an open field in damp and wet conditions and as they had provided me with 3 incorrect vin numbers for the car, Motability advised me to reject it and to re-order, which I did do at Allen Ford Nuneaton but again I was not informed of the change in specification which meant that the car is not suitable for me as it only had standard seats - I only ordered that particular car due to its advanced back supporting, AGR approved, and crucially powered passenger seat. This is why I can only give the garage 4 out of 5 and I also think that Motability may want to look at the suitability of Johnsons Ford at Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth for supplying cars to the scheme as scheme users are treated as second rate customers. - Rating 5.0Feb 2, 2026We were pleased with how we were dealt with.
