    The service we received from the Hereford branch was nothing short of perfect, and we feel that we had to write to say that they not only made us feel comfortable when ordering the vehicle but through the process of waiting we were informed all the way.

    I can honestly say that this branch made it very special for this one.

    We dealt with the motability team and they were all extremely helpful, but 1 of the team members made that extra step, that did not need to be done, but made us feel valued.
    Kuda Masura, who kept us up to date through the whole process, and was extremely professional, made it that extra special.

    When we went to pick up the car it was a fantastic show of customer service, well above and beyond.
    We did all the paperwork and usual steps as you would with the handover of your old car, then we were taken to see the new car to insure we were happy.
    It was the best presentation we have ever had with the unveiling of the new car. Set in a separate showroom covered in a lovely silk type cover and unveiled. My wife pulled back the cover and the car appeared in its magnificent glory.
    Just the way this was done made us feel so so special and Kuda really did it all justice.
    My wife was almost tearful with the way this was done.

    We have not had service like that from the likes of BMW who made no special effort.

    Once again all staff were great in the motability section which we dealt with but Kuda, who went well above and beyond in my opinion is an absolute credit to the dealership.

    Very professional and courteous young lady in reception at the service area let down once again by the service techs. Came in to sort out brakes and the warning light is till on. This is in a wheelchair car that drives many miles a day with a very precious and very heavy cargo! This feels a bit like a pattern of poor attention to detail as each time I use Hartwels I leave with an unsolved issue. Happy to chat to the team about the impact this has on me and my quadriplegic son.

    We were lucky enough to have Alex as our sales rep and he was amazing. We had a major delay with the ford delivery but Alex was constantly checking for us, He was updating us every week without fail and always there to answer any questions or queries we had! The handover of the vehicle was quick and easy, Again Alex took his time to show us around the vehicle and help set everything up. We wouldn’t hesitate to use ford or Alex again. Thankyou
