    I was dealt with by Andrew he is very Courteous always has plenty of information about what's being dealt with...also kept me updated by phone...I've gota say I think he's a credit to his employer...I have to say I've been dealt with by most of the small team in service and I've gotta be honest the way they deal with me is superb and when I'm sat with a coffee Andrew makes me I watch the interaction between the service staff and customers and I think cotswolds should be very proud of there expertise polite and informative manner...superb...many thanks

    Great customer service, just need to be made aware when phoning up and booking my car in that on Sundays you do t go to Cotswold Mini in Hereford you have to go to BMW Hereford.
    It would have saved me getting my wheelchair assembled and lifting myself out the car to push inside only to be told on a Sunday they use the BMW service centre to do work. Would have made life a lot easier that day as I had to turn straight back round in my wheelchair and dismantle it all then drive 50 metres to the BMW garage.
