    I took my Motability car in for a service yesterday and, overall, the experience was good. The staff were polite, professional, and prompt, which I really appreciated.

    However, I was disappointed that two specific requests I raised were not carried out. I’d mentioned that the car needed a software update and also asked for the wiper blades to be replaced. Neither of these were done, and I wasn’t informed or advised that they hadn’t been completed, nor given any explanation as to why.

    Clear communication goes a long way, and it would have greatly improved the experience to be told upfront if certain tasks couldn’t be done. While the general service was positive, this lack of follow-up left me feeling let down.
