    Hi Nigel,

    I’m sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience at our Arbury, Peugeot in Lichfield site.

    I have spoken to the Motability team, and they have informed me that they have spoken to you about your vehicle order on a number of occasions, during which they explained that they are unable to confirm an exact date for when your vehicle will be ready for collection until the car has physically arrived in our showroom. Unfortunately, the car is still yet to arrive, but the team have contacted Peugeot and asked them to prioritise your vehicle to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible.

    Outside of this, there is very little else we are able to do while it is with the manufacturer. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the team at Peugeot in Lichfield and they will be happy to assist.
