I was assisted by Ian Hopwood, who was warm, understanding, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. He used the very best of his knowledge to find the best car for myself and my family’s needs, and ensured I got the very best deal possible. On the test drive, because of my only having a provisional licence; Ian did have to drive but explained the car and its functions in detail, and even took a detour so we could show my mum the car. On the day of collection, the car arrived later than expected which I know was through no fault of his own; but Ian offered generously to arrange for the car to be delivered to me. A fantastic experience- one that will ensure I use Toyota time and time again.
