    Reception/Admin staff excellent, the mechanics/garage staff not so good, the actual car service I trust was good, but the car wasn’t washed and my phone charger had mysteriously disappeared on my return to the car!

    Didn’t collect until I called to check what was happening
    Date had already been changed by them.
    Returned next day after a call from me asking to speak to manager.
    I love my fiat 500 but will be using another dealership for my next car in may due to unreliable service and mot experience

    I popped in to book an appointment & was met by welcoming, approachable staff.
    However the help, support & professionalism from Jack Wadsworth was second to none.
    I'm completely new to the mobility scheme & all the information has been overwhelming & he was patient, informative, helpful, empathetic & more
    I cannot praise this gentleman anymore....I cannot thank him enough!

    Reception staff were fantastic, the workers in the garage not so much. Each time I take the car I tell them the auto start does not work, each time they tell me to go away and monitor it. It’s been monitored for 3 years!

    Very polite friendly staff ,but unfortunately the service dept & service seems to have issues with time the average 4 to 5 hours I did try order a courtesy car but they cancelled that the evening before also the wash & valet do not happen as they are running late ,probably the slowest service dealership I’ve dealt with

    The courtesy car was filthy and stunk there was dog hair all in the boot was not happy about it at all it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned four weeks

    The lady on the counter was exceptionally polite and helpful. The actual service itself was good, along with the time taken to complete and communication. However, it was disappointing a garage of its size did not have the right size tyres in stock to change and the vacuum and wash, well a vacuum was not even attempted and a 5 year old could wash a car better!!
