    From start to finish Russ at Vauxhall went above and beyond. I'm a woman who likes to research before I make a purchase, so I'm not easily won over, but Russ was informative without shoving jargon down your throat. He was patient and took his time to ensure I was 100% happy with my decision. I picked up my keys today and he talked me through things, helped set up all the radio and phone bits and because I was new to automatic driving he came out with me to ensure I was comfortable with the controls and can drive it confidently. All of the staff in the show room are polite and approachable. Ensuring you are comfortable at all times and offering beverages (girl in the desk makes a great cuppa). I am confident that any after care needed will be met with equal enthusiasm. I am so glad I chose to go with Vauxhall and I have left happy and confident in my purchase.     All the staff are amazing, especially Anne, my car needed a big job so it was there for a few months waiting for parts. I was kept updated, Anne and Andre called me with regular updates, I think I'm definitely getting my next car from here, amazing company and lovely staff!
