    I was very disappointed as I rang to book it in on a Monday I was told the line was busy so someone would ring me back, I had to ring again on the Friday as had no call back I did tell them that, and they didn’t seem that bothered at all. There was something we filled in before we came it asked if we wanted a full valet we said yes, when we picked up the car it hadn’t been done so was told if we were in the area called back and they would do it, well that’s not going to happen as we don’t live in that area. Don’t ask the question if it’s not going to be done, considering it’s a big company like BMW I wasn’t impressed at all.

    I was asked when I booked the appointment if I wanted a waiting appointment. I asked how long it would take and they said about an hour so I said yes. When I dropped the car off they said it would take 2 hours as it’s washed and valeted. I was still waiting over 2.5 hours later and had to ask someone what was happening. They then got the car for me 2.75 hours after the appointment time and they had just quickly washed it and it wasn’t valeted. When I said I was told it would be about an hour they said I shouldn’t have been told that. They said I’m not the first customer to say that has happened. This is ridiculous. Just be honest when you book the appointments so the customer know what to expect.
