    the person was abrupt unfriendly and kept pointing out that it was not her job to deal with matters that were for the sales department
    we have had a poor experience with this person before she really shouldn’t be in a customer facing role

    I do think this does need addressing i’ve never been made to feel that someone couldn’t get rid of me fast enough.
    I really expected a proper handover of the car as I was ending the lease, but they jeys etc were just taken off me, a form pushed across the table for me to sign and that was it all over in seconds. I know there is nothing wrong with the car at all, it is like new only having done 6000 miles in two years, but she didn’t even check or care as she said she is servicing dept not sales !!!

    Great customer service as soon as we walked inside the garage offered a seat and coffee. Treated really well compared to some garages we went too. Went through everything with us answered all questions. Great experience. Made collection really special for us.
