    The staff are lovely and friendly at the desk and showroom but as a person with a disability, being made to wait 3 hours for an MOT, when was quoted an hour, turned into an extremely painful and distressing day for me. Due to my spinal and hip issues, I struggled with the journey home and now have an extreme flare up whereby I can't move at all. I'm not blaming the customer services and staff, but maybe allocate certain dates for those bringing in their motability vehicles, so they don't have to wait so long and add ergonomic seating for those like myself, who can't sit for long periods at a time.
