The mechanics always send me a video of the health check, and work etc, that they do on my car. They intro duce themselves on it and explain their roles. They are always very professional.
This time I was taken ill between dropping my car off fir an MOT and collecting it. They sorted it out, and brought my car back the next morning without issue.
